Ingredients

Russet Potato, sliced

Ham Steak, cubed
2 pounds
Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can
Water 
1 can
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 cup
Italian Seasoning
to taste

Steps

  1. Layer potatoes and ham in slow cooker.
  2. Combine soup, 1 soup can of water, cheese, and seasoning in a large mixing bowl. Pour mixture over potatoes and ham.
  3. Cover and cook on HIGH 3 1/2 hours.
  4. Turn slow cooker down to LOW and cook for 1 hour. If adding any additional vegetables (e.g. green beans) add them now.
